What is Downtown Rivals?
Downtown Rivals (DTR) is an online store and fulfillment company for bands, clothing companies, record labels and other organizations. We are based out of Orlando, FL. We are young, hard workers passionate to be involved with the merchandise industry.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

How can I pay for my order and is it secured?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Money Orders. Our system has a Comodo SSL Certificate. You will know this because when you check out, you will see https at the front of your url as well as a picture of a Lock. Some of our clients have their store in a frame with your personal website name in the URL field. If this is the case you will not be able to see the Comodo SSL Certificate even though it is still there. If you would like to see the Certificate please go to http://www.downtownrivals.com and revisit the store you were shopping at.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  Your item will be shipped from Downtown Rivals within 72 hours. Most orders are shipping within 24 hours though. It can take as little as three days to 2 weeks for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times may vary but can take anywhere from a week to 2 months to arrive due to customs. We want to get your package there as soon as possible but once it leaves the DTR warehouse it's up to the Post Office to deliver it. We do not ship on weekends or US Holidays.

Is there tracking for my order?
Yes, once we ship your order you will receive an email confirming that your order was shipped. The email will also contain your tracking number. If you do not receive an email like this within 72 hours please contact Orders@downtownrivals.com for your tracking info. Tracking is only available on US Orders.

Return Policy:
You can only return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item doesn’t count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within 7 days from when you receive your order.  Please email us at Orders@downtownrivals.com to let us know about your return. Please include what you are returning, the reason for returning and your order number. Please mail back the item being returned to the address below. You are responsible for paying for the shipping. Include a note in the package letting us know your information and the order #. Once we receive your package and can confirm that the item is returnable we will then fund you for the amount of the item, plus any sales tax you may have paid. We will not refund you for shipping and handling.  We will refund your money by replacing the money on your credit card.

Exchange Policy:
Downtown Rivals is unable to exchange items already sold. But we do allow you to return any unworn and unwashed apparel or any unopened media. The best way to exchange an item is to ask for a return then reorder your new item online. To return just follow the return steps above.

What do I do if I am missing an item or received the wrong item in my package?
Please email Orders@downtownrivals.com and let us know about the problem. Please include your name and order #. We will fix the problem asap and cover any additional costs.

Why is my Credit Card being denied?
          The Credit card company processing your card has determined that there is not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You need to contact your credit card or bank company to find out more information. Or, the credit card information you entered did not pass the Billing Address Verification Check. When our system checks a card for available funds, it also checks to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what you have entered. This is one of the ways that we protect our customers from credit card fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, then the order gets rejected or declined.

My information is correct but I still cannot place an order?
Email Orders@downtownrivals.com for technical support and we will do our best to determine how to fix the problem.

It’s been a long time and I still don’t have my order.
Mistake orders usually are one of three problems:
    1. Your order was somehow overlooked by us.
    2. The USPS has lost your order in the mail.
    3. Insufficient Address.
 It should never take more than 2 weeks to receive an order. If you have not received it by then contact us at Orders@downtownrivals.com with your order number (the number that was assigned to you that is on your receipt) and your name. Once we get your email we will contact you and handle the problem on an individual basis.           

I think I provided the wrong address.
          Insufficient Address is one of those problems that takes a long time to reconcile. Generally, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the USPS to send back mail that had an insufficient address. Once we receive it we will contact you and make you aware of the problem. After that, depending on the time it takes you to email us back, your order will be reshipped at your expense.

What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three of four digit number on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is a fraud protection feature used when ordering online or over the phone.

Are you going to use my personal information for anything else?
          Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only. At no time will your information be given away or sold to any outside company. We will keep your email address on file if we need to contact you about your order and it will be automatically added to our Monthly Newsletter. If you would not like to receive our Newsletter you will be able to unsubscribe to it at the bottom of the Newsletter. Your Credit Card number is stored in an encrypted secure format.
